Meet Juliana Rozolsky, LICSW
I'm Juliana Rozolsky, a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker and the founder of Rozolsky Therapy. I provide online therapy for adults throughout Massachusetts in English and Spanish.
Earlier in my career, I spent nearly eight years as a medical social worker at Mount Sinai Hospital in New York City, including several years in Obstetrics and Gynecology. I supported adults facing emotional distress alongside medical concerns, pregnancy and postpartum changes, grief, relationship strain, and other significant transitions.
Those experiences taught me that emotional struggles rarely happen in isolation. They exist alongside work, family, caregiving, health, finances, relationships, and countless responsibilities that shape daily life. Although part of my experience is rooted in women’s and perinatal health, I work with adults across many stages of life. You do not need to be pregnant, postpartum, or a parent to work with me.
A Personal Perspective
Before opening my private practice, I took a planned career break to raise my son. Living through that change made me more attentive to how shifts in responsibility can affect identity, priorities, and relationships. It also made me more attentive to the gap between what people need and what their responsibilities realistically allow.
I want therapy to consider the full context of your life—not ask you to make changes that ignore your relationships, identity, obligations, or priorities.
How I Work
We will make room for what you are feeling, while also looking closely at what tends to happen when stress, guilt, or conflict takes over. We can identify the responses that offer relief in the moment but leave the larger situation unchanged, then consider what might work better within the realities of your life. You do not need to arrive with everything clearly explained.
There is no single formula for therapy. Depending on what you need, our work may focus on communicating more clearly, setting realistic boundaries, reconsidering expectations, or developing ways to manage stress that make daily life more manageable.
I draw from cognitive behavioral therapy, interpersonal therapy, mindfulness, and relaxation strategies when they are useful—not because one method fits everyone.
I work with adults of all genders. You do not need to be pregnant, postpartum, or a parent to work with me.
Getting Started
A free consultation gives us a brief opportunity to discuss what has been difficult, what you would like to change, and whether my approach and availability fit what you are looking for.
