Appointment Availability
I offer online therapy for adults located in Massachusetts. Appointments are available during weekday daytime hours. Evening and weekend sessions are not currently available.
I am currently accepting new clients. You can view my available consultation times on my Alma profile, or we can discuss current appointment options during your free 15-minute consultation.
Insurance
I work with Alma and Headway to manage insurance eligibility, billing, and claims. Which platform handles your billing depends on your plan. I will confirm that with you before your first appointment, and either platform can estimate what you would owe. Insurance participation does not guarantee that every plan or service will be covered.

Self Pay Fees
Self-pay is available if you are not using insurance or prefer not to bill sessions through your plan.
Self-Pay
Initial Assessment, 60-90 minutes: $200
Individual Therapy Session, 45 minutes: $150
The initial 15-minute consultation is free.
Cancellation Policy
Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice are subject to a $75 fee.
